Senior Analyst-Legal


main responsibilities are to:
Handle all Post-execution activities of all the regions and have good knowledge and general understanding of all types of Capital Market Master Agreements such as ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Give-Up Agreements and related documentation in compliance with global standards.
To update SG referential tools with the client and contract data within the allocated time frame and with acceptable quality.
To correctly identify the relevant documentation and upload the same to the various internal applications.
Assisting in special projects such as contracts review and contracts abstraction
Keeping a track of entire contractual process and providing critical analysis on executed contracts.

Should be Law graduate with Sound legal understanding;
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Sound knowledge of Contract Law
Excellent collaboration and Team Spirit.
Willingness to Learn and deliver.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Good to Have Skills

Understanding of International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, especially ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non Disclosure Agreements would be an added advantage.
